I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff, especially the friendly lady at the front desk and the helpful doorman, provided excellent service. The location in the former French area of the city was convenient, with many outstanding restaurants to choose from. It is also located on metro line 10 and not far from a major shopping district. It was easy to catch a taxi when needed.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The location of this place was amazing since there was a nearby restaurant where we could enjoy some delicious food, the beds were comfortable and we had access to Wi-Fi in our room.

I had a great stay in this hotel located in the former French area of the city. There are many outstanding restaurants nearby, making it a food lover's paradise. the hotel is conveniently located near the metro, providing easy access to Shanghai's modern transportation system. the room was clean and comfortable, with amenities like a flat-screen TV and complimentary water. the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices. the location and facilities offered a pleasant experience.
The internet connection was unreliable.

Stayed here during the New Year and it was a great experience. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect as it was close to many restaurants and shops, and the metro station was just a short walk away. I also loved the fact that they offered complimentary bottled water daily and had a great selection of tea and coffee in the room.
The breakfast buffet, which had limited options for non-Chinese food. However, with so many great restaurants nearby, it's not a big problem.

The breakfast bar is diverse, and the food is tasty. the hotel is located near a subway station, which makes getting around easy. Plus, it's located near numerous shops and restaurants, which offers great convenience.
There is a language barrier, and staff only speaks Mandarin, so communicating can be a struggle. the beds are hard, which may be uncomfortable for some guests.
